We will start the class by doing asanas and exercises. Then I will guide you through a deep breathing practice that helps you connect with the inner self and move through negativity and blocks you don’t always see. It calms the nervous system, increases intuition, opens and balances energy centers, relieves stress and anxiety, heals relational traumas and brings passion to your life. You will be able to feel the changes during the session.
You will leave the class with accessible tools and homework to integrate what you’ve learned to your daily life.
